How can I save videos by name instead of the videoplayback number

You should be able to rename them in your file explorer. Just find the video (normally in DCIM > Camera... if it's one you took), long press on it to select it, and go to the menu... there should be a "rename" option. If your phone doesn't have a file explorer, you can use ES File Explorer from Playstore.
