Why will my Droid Turbo 2 not turn on?

Last night my Droid Turbo 2 shut itself off. It has been within the last nine hours, and was plugged into a charger the entire time last night. I tried everything to turn the cell phone back on but it won't do anything. I tried attempting a soft reset as well as a hard reset and the phone won't even light up or show any response. None of the buttons seem to be working. I have had this phone for three or four months and have not had a problem before. No scratches or damage.

Sounds like you need to return the phone for exchange
