How do I listen to media from my phone via bluetooth to my car?

I can use the Aux cable but there are volume issues. I thought I would be able to choose media thru UConnect, but it does not show an option to transmit media.

If the option isn't there, the phone and car audio can't interface media audio. (Bluetooth isn't a real standard yet - it's just a way to get data from one device to another, but it doesn't specify WHAT data, or what format it has to be in.)

I have Uconnect in the Jeep and run all my Samsung devices through it. Once you pair the Uconnect and device, you should get a pop up in the phone (or go into settings in Bluetooth) and you get options to use the phone as a media device etc.. Then in the car click on Bluetooth option and the music should then come through your speakers. I usually turn the phone up full volume, then control output from the car volume controls...
