How to fix phone startup constant loop Samsung On5

[AC Question]

I recently installed root for disclosed reasons and then when i restarted my phone it went into a constant loop where it would say Samsung On5 then the samsung logo will come up then it will shut down and repeat. I have tried factory reset, clearing the cache, is there a way to fix it. Thanks

Use Odin to flash the stock ROM
