How to remove ads popups

I have an isaue, can't find a way to remove a white bix with some sort of russian advert with orange outline. It keeps popping up every few minutes. Is there anyway that i can get rid of without restoring my phone?

Hello Manuel. Does it persist in Safe Mode? If it stops in Safe Mode, that suggests that it originates in some third-party app, which you would have to identify and uninstall.
