A way to disable my s7 from auto-saving every picture from Instagram into my Gallery?

It's frustrating because every time I change my profile picture, or upload an instagram photo, it automatically saves it again in my gallery. I don't want to keep having duplicates and it's annoying have to delete it. I've already turned off the "Save Original Photos" on Instagram, and can't find a setting to disable it when I go to the app settings. Help!
