My phone is a Moto e 2nd gen LTE. When I pick it up, it shows the time and a small padlock icon – but only for about a second. If I'm quick enough, touching the small padlock brings up another padlock, this time within a circle. A swipe of this wakes up the phone. If I'm not fast enough at the outset then pressing the power button is my only option.
It seems weird that the clock/small padlock appears for such a small time. Is this standard behaviour for this type of phone? Can the duration be extended?
