Why can't I read the content of emails sent from Apple devices

I receive emails from I phone users but cant read the content. The show more featre feature does not work. Can someone help me

there should be a setting in your gmail settings on your phone to say show content for all users and turn it to automatically instead of ask before showing

or it's the fact the email was sent form an iPhone(joke)
