I am not able pair my samsung galaxy s6 edge with samsung level u bluetooth headphones

I have tried restarting my phone, run phone in safe in mode , uninstall all unwanted apps but could not BT pair with samsung level U , Can anyone help me out

Does the headset pair with another phone?
