tasker like app to take action based on song title change

Streaming music apps display the song title. When they play an advertisement this "song" title changes to "Nexus 5x" my phone name or "some string" depending on the app iam using. I want to take an action like mute the volume till the title changes again so I don't hear the ads at all. Please advise which app like tasker can do this. thanks
