My Galaxy Tab A doesn't recognize USB device connected with OTG cable

I'm trying to copy files from my tablet to my mp3 player. The first time I plugged the mp3 player in using the OTG cable, the files showed up in "My Files". Now when I want to copy from the tablet to the mp3 player it doesn't give any notification about a USB device and the mp3 files don't show either.

Not sure if this will help. But when I was using a USB Stick via OTG Cable, the stick HAD to be formatted as FAT32 It would not recognize it as NTFS
