My Mobile data is not turned off what i have to do?

my mobile data is continuously in on mode only. i am trying to off it but it doesn't work. also i restart my phone but no use. please help me how can i turn off my data.

What device have you got? Join the forums and give us more details and we'll do our best to help you with that... There are several places to toggle mobile data on/off. Pull down the quick settings menu and it should be there.
Settings >data usage >mobile data is another one.. Aeroplane mode turns off all the radios. Pulling the sim does too.. Smart network switch can use data if the WiFi is patchy...
