why is logitech keyboard typing this symbol ```````````` on its own?

I have unpaired from Samsung notepro 12.2 and tried turning on and off but it still happens ...anyone have thoughts...dumbed down with no techy words please...Granny doesn't understand techy

Check the batteries and check to see if the keyboard has built up any crud in the keys.
