No update for galaxy A7 2016

I havnt received the update to marshmellow even now on my 2016 galaxy A7 in KSA.when am i gonna receive the update.

Best bet would be to speak to your service provider and ask when they plan on releasing the update. Have you went into settings > about phone > software update - to make sure it isn't sitting there waiting for you?
