Here goes....I have an Alcatel pop 4 that started playing up yesterday. So this morning i decided to do a factory reset. My SD card was formatted to my phone for extra internal storage so i did not tick the box to erase the data on that. my phone started back up, but now does not recognise my sd card. I can't access my sd card as it is formatted to my phone only. When i connect my phone to the pc it isn't picking up that it is conected either and just charges the phone.
When i phoned support at alcatel they told me to try a hard reset, but all i get is an android icon lying down with a red triangle caution and the words no command.
Can anyone please help, as i think I'm going to lose all my photo's , contacts and music if i cannot access my sd card. Many thanks P.

If you converted the card to adoptable storage then your data is gone.
