I can't download from the google play store app

When I try to download apps from the Googl play store app it tells me I have insufficient memory but I have almpost 6 gigabytes of memory

Hi! Please try to check as to where you your preferred install location and default write disk is.
Go to Settings > Storage, it should be in front of you when you open storage.

Also, clearing the cached data would be very helpful. When you try to download something your phone tries to process it twice, cached and the actual file. So half of it goes to the cached data which is on the same location Settings>storage. Tap cached data(wait for the value of the cached data to be populated first before tapping it). After tapping, it should ask you if you want to clear the cached data(obviously you want it that, so tap OK). hope this helps.
