My HTC Desire 510 isn't turning on

My phone had full battery and I just left it on my bed after locking my phone and i pick it up after about 5 minutes its not working all so I took out the battery and cleaned the ports and put it back in all it was doing was vibrating then about 15 minutes later it repeatedly started vibrating twice on its own every 20 seconds
