Thinking of buying Japanese s7 from eBay. Good idea?

Is the Japanese version inferior in any way and if there are any issues with UK service providers. I'm with three. I have a standard s6 and it's great. Will I be disappointed? eBay seller says it's unlocked. Is screen as good as s6? Will there be any functionality issue? Thanks
