com.android.systemui has stopped working

[AC Question]

how do i fix this problem on my htc one m8 since each time i try to reboot my phone it brings me the same notification and does not allow me to access anything on my phone. the screen just keeps beeping. my phone is completely useless right now. some one help me with my problem
