Mysterious app "10203" eating my battery

So yesterday I noticed in my battery usage, the top "app" was just called 10203 and it was chewing up my battery, when I click for details it's been using my GPS for multiple hours. I always keep location services off so this is perplexing me. I haven't installed any new apps lately (except MalwareBytes after this happened; came up clean) and don't really browse the web on my phone, open sketchy emails, etc.

I worked today and I haven't really used my phone so the battery drain is most unusual.

Details: BlackBerry Priv (STV100-3)
Android 6.0.1, build AAG853.

Welcome to Android Central! Looks like Tim1954's link mistakenly got cut short, showing only the main AC forums page.

One of our other Ambassadors, Javier P, notes that this can sometimes represent a recently uninstalled app, and should clear up shortly. Has it only been occurring for a day? Does it persist after a reboot?

Looks to have cleared up now, took about 3 days to do it. I had rebooted it a couple times so I was surprised to see it persist.
