    I tried touching microphone or setting icon and it doesn't have anything about clipboard.

    It won't. The clipboard is an area of RAM set aside to hold things you copy or cut. The only way to get them back is to paste them. If it's text, long-press a text entry box and you'll get a "Paste" button. If it's a file, you're running a file manager, so select a folder to paste the file into.

    Unless you have a later Samsung or a clipboard app, there's no "accessing" "the clipboard" - it just holds the last thing you put into it. (Samsung and some apps like Clipper - Clipboard Manager keep their own area in which to keep what you copy or cut, so you can keep multiple items and choose which to paste.)

    If you long press on any blank area in a typing field, it should pop up depending on device
