LG G3 won't turn on blue and green blinking light

[AC Question]

I have a LG G3 it was working fine today I put it on charge and when I took it off the screen was unresponsive so I turned by taking the battery out. Ever since I took the battery at I haven't been able to turn it on. It has a 65% battery when I turn it on it get on a loop then it makes a screeching noise and the screen goes black. I saw a video on YouTube which showed the individuals phone and the video was titled hardware damage. If my phone has hardware damage what are my options? Do I need to get a new phone? Thanks.
