my samsung s4, the wifi and the bluetooth are not coming on.

no matter how many times you click to turn on it wont, and when you tap the icon to turn on it would just get dim green rather than bright green and refuses to turn on. it use to work perfect till about two days ago whereby the wifi was only dropping off no matter what connnection i connected to, and today it just refuses to come on

Hi, have you resetting the device to see if that works? does the problem continue with other WiFi connections or just the one at home?
