Why I always have to reinstall my Japanese language keyboard

I'm using the Samsung keyboard to type japanese. I've download the language for 100+times. Whenever I switch off or restart the phone. The keyboard just went disappeared and I have to download it again.. is it that my phone got problem. I'm using Samsung Galaxy Note3 sorry for my broken English

Hi, why are you constantly resetting the phone? do you mean turning it on and off or actually performing a factory reset?
