Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 touchscreen keyboard problems

Letters/symbols appearing on screen do not match those input on touchscreen keyboard (especially letters typed after symbols like apostrophes, quotation marks, commas, parents, etc.). Problem occurs when using email clients (Gmail, Verizon email). I have repeatedly cleared the language/input caches. HELP!

Having the same issue! Was on Samsung Chat for 2 hrs last night, and all they could come up with is a hard reboot. I've downloaded too many apps, etc. to lose it all! Mine only appears to happen with Yahoo mail.
