Galaxy S5 Active Stuck in Boot Loop (Recovery Booting)

[AC Question]

This is the issue I am having with Galaxy S5 Active

Samsung splash screen displays. “Recovery Booting” text displays within top left hand corner. The phone vibrates and then reboots (I am assuming it is stuck in a boot loop).
I can enter “Download Mode” and successfully connect to the phone with Odin using OEM Cable. I cannot connect to the phone with Kies. It attempts to connect but spins a while then displays error “Device not responding. TO resolve the issue, reboot the device. “

I load this into Odin via the AP button. Log window displays.

Did you ever figure this out? I have the same exact problem. Fixed once before but cannot remember how I did it the first time
