My Flare S4 Lite wont open

[AC Question]

it's my first time encounter this problem. In first i actually see the logo of (Flare S4 Lite) then it turn off automatically then i remove my battery and put it on but the same the logo i always see and turn off. In the other day trying to open my phone i never see the logo and it always vibrate. how can i fix this problem someone help me plss

Perhaps the battery needs replacing?
