I accidentally removed my internet app on my phone how do I get it back

Removed it from the desktop? Go into the app drawer, find it, long-press it and drag it to the desktop.

Removed it from the app drawer? (The only way you could do that is to uninstall it.) Go to the Play store and reinstall it. (The button might say "Installed" instead of "Install", but that's just the text. Clicking (or pressing) the button will still install it.
