S7 edge connectso to my PC but once I start copying files or pictures I get an error.

I connect my s7 edge to my PC, my PC sees my phone and once I change the phone from charging to file transfer or picture sync I'll see the folders. Then I select some pictures and copy them to my pc and it starts that process but a few seconds into this is get an error saying my device is not active. I changed my screen to stay on so it won't lock but still same thing. Anyone knows what that could cause that issue.

Hi Dan,

what happens if you do a simple copy and paste / drag and drop with the images? can you move them that way instead of syncing them?
