    My Samsung Note 3 was running low on Power and i noticed it refused to charge when connected to my car charger. Eventually it it powered off and on by itself and i got home and plugged it into a power outlet to charge. after charging, it refuses to boot beyond the Samsung logo .

    Hi, it could be out of juice - do you have a replacement battery you could try?
