    I have a samsung galaxy j3(2016) wen i go to settings-accounts-samsung accounts, it shows that the sync is disabled and wen tapped the option will not let me enable this?? I have sync enabled on my device so i really dont understand why i cant sync the samsung acc wen my google account etc are all synced, after a few hours of trying to solve this problem (which i cannot) my brain has just stopped working :o and i just need help pls as i cannot figure this out ty in advanced for all replies as there all appreciated p.s sry for my grammer.

    You DID create a Samsung account (on their website), right? That isn't set up automatically for you.

    Hi there rukbat yes i am signed into samsung and thanks for the reply, all i wanted to do was download a christmas theme from my theme store but it comes up with..
    Sign into your samsung account
    (772280/s5000)
    So i thought as i am already signed into samsung i must just simply have to just sync the samsung account to this device? But its caused me more trouble than i expected lol as it stays grey and just wont sync.
