I can't get into my google account on my Galaxy On5 or my pc. I don't remember my password.

I can't access my google account on my phone or my pc. Is there a way to speak to someone at google and straighten this out. I have been dealing with this since last Thursday. Opening a new account will not help because I need access to my email and my over 1,000 contacts. I need these back on my phone. This is the message I get to sign on but the prompt is not showing up (it did show up when I first set it up.

Tap Yes on the Google prompt to sign in.

They (Google) won't speak to you about this. You could be anyone. Try https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/41078?hl=en
