How do I change my wallpaper settings

My wallpaper is constantly distorted with a yellow fuzzy look. There is nothing wrong with the phone i just accidentlly pressed a few wrong buttons and set my wallpaper to paper mode. I don't know what I did and I cnt reverse it. I've also checked the Internet for about an hour and have found nothing. Please help!

What type of device do you have, I'm not sure of this "paper mode" you speak of. Have you tried changing the background to something different to see if that fixes the distortion?

I have a galaxy s7 and yes I have tried changing my wallpaper. It seems to be a setting that carries through to all wallpapers. Or is a homescreen display option. Because all of my icons have it too
