How can I get the "No Command" screen off my LG tribute 5?

My lg tribute 5 has the "No Command" screen with the android on its back with the warning ! sign on top of it. I got this just earlier today after I updated (got the update through the default notification by lg or google) and it did go complete but after the green bar got full, it had an error then when I rebooted it has the "No Command" screen and I can go into the recovery mode just only if I take the battery out and boot into it and I have factory formatted it and the other format and tryed to reboot but still no the same screen and it seems like it's also on a boot loop (just to the no command screen then lg and back) and help would be greatful
