Hi,
I've moved a number of apps to the SD card via the change stored in option found in 'Storage' when you open the 'App info' of an app in the 'Application manager'. After i moved the apps to the SD card and restarted my phone, all of the apps that i had moved won't work. If i tap any of them a notification appears and states 'Application is not installed'. They appear grayed out like this -

I have a Samsung S5 Plus, with Marsmallow 6.0.1 installed. I have a new and genuine SanDisk Extreme 64GB SD card plugged in to the phone.
What's the cause of the issue? And how do i fix it?
