MY SCREEN IS BLACK AND PURPLE AND I i THINK ITS A SAMSUNG GALAXY 3 AND DOESNT HAVE AN SD CARD

I accidently dropped my remote on my phone and now it'll turn on and make noise but nothing happens if i touch the screen. Should i get the screen replaced? How much does it cost? How do i download my pictures if i can't even touch the screen? SOME AMAZING SOUL PLEASE HELP ME
