Samsung Galaxy S6 touchscreen not working while in the lock screen?

A

AC Question

So, I went to get a new SIM card for my phone, while I was putting the SIM card on the phone, I was having kind of a hard time because, well, It's the tiny one, and I was touching the phone a lot while doing this, the problem is that I had the fingerprint block on it and I was putting the wrong one a lot and it locked itself for around 30 minutes, and with the pop-up message of "A SIM card has been detected, restart your phone, blah, blah, blah..." and there was another pop-up behind that one but I couldn't see what it said, well, I pressed on the Restart option and nothing happened, the touchscreen wasn't working, so I restarted my phone manually and the 2 messages disappeared but the touchscreen still wasn't working, I waited 30 minutes to unlock the screen with the fingerprint but instead I had to unlock it with a PIN, but I couldn't because as I said before, the touchscreen isn't working.

Sorry if I made any spelling mistakes, English is not my native language.
