Why is my LG Spirit keep shutting down?

My phone keeps going off and then takes some time to come back on and when it does I can hardly use it cause as soon as I unlock it the same thing happens again sometimes it stays on for maybe 5 minutes and then goes off and comes back on and then says starting android optimising app 1 of 11 and takes a while to come on but when it comes on its nothing new it still goes through the same pattern I don't know what to do I even tried taking the battery out and putting it back in but it doesn't change it still shuts down every 5 minutes sometimes less than that

Welcome to the forums. Is there a removable battery in the phone? If so, I would take it out and try to spin it on a smooth flat surface. If it does, the battery is bad and needs to be replaced.
