is there any way to adjust screen size in 7 inch tabs

I have a tablet microdigit m7405 actualy the tab fall down and the display was not working i replaced it with a new one but now the screen its oversized big icons and some of the icons i cannot see is there ant way to repair it please help

Welcome to the forums. You may need to change the dpi of the screen. You should be able to do that with ADB commands.
