Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime weird white overlay

[AC Question]

Really odd problem, did googling cannot find a sollution. basically randomly my phones screen turns white and in the top right corner there is a black circle with a white X (looks like you would press it to make it go away) but it does nothing. and weirder too it feels like an overlay. pressing the button (I dont know the offical name for this button) that makes the current running apps show up actually changes the very top line of the screen (where the time and whatnot shows up) so it is an overlay. locking the device displays a normal lock screen but when unlocked the same white overlay appears

Same Person here, I just want people to know thats it happeneing more and more often before it was once a day now its constant, phone is unusable. only way to use it normally is to restart it here is a screenshot Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet
