More info please. You are connected how? WiFi? Mobile data? You may be connected (to the internet) via WiFi but not connected to the network via the sim card... These are two separate things. Turn device off and back on again to reboot the system and force it to look for mobile signal. (I'm assuming that it's the mobile signal that's missing here.) .. So if you still get no mobile connection, take out your sim and gently clean the gold contacts. Try sim in other device. Try other sim in your device. The tower may be out near you?
