AC Question
Hi all, I have a galaxy S5 mini smartphone operating on version 5.1.1. some time back I set up a pin number lock to keep the phone secure should I loose it etc. I still know that pin number but no longer want to use the pin number to unlock the phone (for personal reasons) so I would like to cancel using that option.
However, after going through Apps/Settings/Lock Screen/Screen Lock..... (at this point I have to put the pin number in) a few options appear including "None" but this is faded out with the message "Disabled by administrator, encryption policy, or credential storage" and cannot be selected. Samsung have been typically useless in understanding what I need to do so I wondered if anyone out there can help.
