My lock screen switched to the default swipe

My lock screen switched to the default swipe, once I changed it to the pattern I wanted and set my pin it kept showing swipe as my screen lock option. Now it won't even let me access the options to change my lock screen because it's saying my pin that I just set is incorrect. WTF? Any ideas?

Does the trouble persist in Safe Mode?

Also, have you tried Clear Credentials in Settings, Security?
