Can't delete call with auto block symbol beside the number, although number are not blocked.

I'm with T Mobile. Looked on my T Mobile account, and not on their block list. They will not delete off call log. OS Marshmallow. Tried to reset to factory setting. Still will not delete. Nothing in my block list. How do I get this deleted?

I'm sorry but I read that a few times and don't really know what you mean. Is this about deleting an entry on tmobile servers and not the phone?
