LG L70 phone won't charge.

So my phone died and when I plugged it into the charger, it doesn't vibrate as it normally does or lights up to show the battery being charged. Even if it was at 0% percent, it would say so. I tried pretty much everything from switching outlets, cables, wires to taking out the battery and putting it back in, and other little battery methods- nothing is working. What do I do?

One possibility is complete battery failure, but there are others. It may be best to take it to a repairer for diagnosis.
