Where is the option for Read and Delivery Receipts in email on the S7?

[AC Question]

Setting up a new Galaxy S7 (T-Mobile).
I do not see the options anywhere in setup to allow Read and/or Delivery receipts on outgoing emails, or to not automatically send a Read Receipt on received emails?
Is there one?
If so, how to enable/disable?

This is dependent on which email app you are using.
Which email app are you using?
