So one night I was browsing some websites and then suddenly my phone froze, and then it started to download virus programs automatically. It also started to show porn pics and ads.
My antivirus (ESET) detected that it is a Trojan virus, but whenever I uninstall it, it says "No access rights". But some viruses can be uninstalled but the it always reinstalls itself.
I did a factory reset but it wasn't effective.
The results are:
I cannot add an account on YT and other apps, all of my accounts disappeared
I can't open some apps, it always crashes (Google Play and Norton)
I installed "Stubborn Trojan Killer" and it killed the virus. But it reinstalls itself whenever I connect to a WiFi network.
Some tpof the viruses are netalpha, Demo, SettingsService, LocationServices, AppManage, Key Chain, and org.snow.down.update.
So my question is, how do I remove it?
