    Welcome to Android Central!

    1. Connect the phone to your computer via USB.
    2. On the phone, swipe down the notification panel and select the option to connect via MTP (or File Transfer).
    3. On the computer, open Windows Explorer, and open the S7 in the listed devices.
    4. Open the Sounds folder and look for your voice recordings there.
    5. Drag and drop the voice recording files to the computer's hard drive.

Here's a help site from Samsung: How do I move or copy a voice recording file from my phone to a PC (Windows 7)?. Bear in mind that this was back in 2014, probably for the S5, so I can't be sure that it's the same for the S7. It may also differ if you're using a 3rd party voice recorder app.
