"No command" message on my phone

my phone is stuck with this message " no command" I have tried many times to reboot it by pressing the power button and and volume down, but in vain....only if I press once on power button the "No command" message appear! if I repress the following message appear: Now send the package you want to apply to the device with " adb sideload<filename>...
then I m stuck. plz any one would help, I beg you!!

Welcome to the forums. Depending on the device you have, the button combo to get into recovery can be different. Try holding power and clicking volume up once. Once you see the recovery options, you can select reboot now.
