Why can't my new S7 connect to my home internet?

[AC Question]

I have R7500 Netgear nighthawk. I can see that my s7 connects to the network but not the Internet. I have tried removing security and have tried the 4.2GHz, 5 GHZ and guest network with no luck. I have nrhe newest firmware on my s7 and router. I know my phone can connect to other WiFi connections just not my home network. Also I have rebooted the phone in safe mode and the router. Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to Android Central! Have you checked to see if your router is on a very congested channel, and if so, tried changing the wi-fi channel? Is the DHCP range on the router wide enough to accommodate all of the connections?
